For a limited time until June 30, 2025, we’re offering free exchanges for any fit or damage issues with your dress. To initiate an exchange, please email our Client Services Team at [email protected] with photos and details. You can exchange your dress for one of equal or lesser value, or pay the difference for a higher-priced style.

To keep your dress looking its best, we recommend storing it flat until you're ready to wear it. For the perfect fit, consider sizing up, as our gowns have a delicate seam allowance designed for a sleek silhouette.

If you wish to return your order for any reason other than a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. As these products are made-to-order, a Zero Waste Fee will apply, as we may not be able to repurpose the dress. You will receive a 50% refund of the item price, excluding shipping costs. This fee helps us find a new home for your item.

While we do not offer try-on dresses, we do provide fabric swatches so you can select the best fabric and color prior to placing your order.

All of our dresses are proudly made in the USA.

We are pleased to inform you that there is no additional charge for plus sizes. Our sizing accommodates up to 54” waist, 65” hip, and 62” bust.
