Made-to-Order Cancellation Policy
These products are made just for you, and we aim to minimize waste once production starts. Here's how our cancellation policy works:
- Full Cancellations are accepted up until the time production has started with a “Ready to cut” order status, which is at least 12 hours from the time the order is placed. Production typically starts by 24 hours of order placement. Please submit this cancellation request on the website.
- After production has started, only Partial Cancellations are accepted. A 50% cancellation fee will be processed to ensure we can deconstruct and repurpose materials. Please submit this cancellation request on the website.
- Once shipped, no cancellations are accepted. Please refer to our Made-to-Order Return Policy below for more information on returns and exchanges.
Ready-to-Order Cancellation Policy
Our fulfillment team works quickly to process your orders. However, you can cancel any Ready-to-Order line item until its status is updated to "Shipped." If you want to cancel after your order has shipped, please refer to our Ready-to-Order Return Policy for more information.
Made-to-Order Return Policy
These products are made just for you, and it is our hope that we can minimize returns and waste.
- If you receive a defective product, please let us know within 7 days of receipt and our team will process an exchange at no cost to you.
- If you decide to return your order for any reason other than a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. As these products are made-to-order, we charge a Zero Waste Fee since we may be unable to repurpose the dress. You will be refunded 50% of the item price once your return is received and processed. Please note that this refund does not include shipping costs. This fee is important as it will help us find a new home for your item.
- Please include an image explaining the reason for your return to help us improve our process. If there is a possibility we can adjust your dress to your satisfaction, we hope you will give us the opportunity to do so.
Ready-to-Order Return Policy
If you are not satisfied with your Ready to Order Product, please contact customer service within 30 days of delivery to process your return. Please note we charge a $10 restocking fee per item, which includes the cost of return shipping label and our quality assessment to ensure the returned piece is refreshed for another customer.
Returns Policy
Any item(s) to be returned must be in new, unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged and resalable condition, with the branded ribbon and tags still attached in the same place as originally sent. Fragrance items must remain unopened in their original packaging to be returned.
Final sale items may not be returned.
