Ready to Ship Cancellation and Returns Policy
Our fulfillment team works quickly to process your orders. Because of this, cancellations are not accepted once an order is placed. Please refer to our Ready to Ship Return Policy below for more information on returns and exchanges.
Ready to Ship Returns Policy
If you are not satisfied with your Ready to Ship order, please contact customer service within 30 days of delivery to process your return. Please note we charge a $10 restocking fee per item, which includes the cost of return shipping label and our quality assessment to ensure the returned piece is refreshed for another customer.
Any item(s) to be returned must be in new, unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged and resalable condition, with the branded ribbon and tags still attached in the same place as originally sent. Fragrance items must remain unopened in their original packaging to be returned.
Final sale items may not be returned.
